| Comments: | Welcome again to the 12th Annual Okie Dust Devil. All categories of flight and awards thru 3rd place in each. Practice will begin the week of, and the corners will be in place by Wednesday. As always there will be plenty of food and drink available. As last year, vendors will be on sight throughout the day for lunch, Weatherford Airport will be serving up Steaks, Chicken ,smoked beef with all the trimmings and drink for Friday following the close of the contest. We will start promptly at 8:00am each morning with a short bief and move immediately to the flight line. Awards will be given after each event on Saturday giving each contestant the opportunity to get home for the rest of the weekend. If you have any questions please call me at 580-774-9176. This years event is Titled "Mark Berrong Classic" as we lost him this year and he is sorely missed around our Airport. Look forward to seeing you here. |
