| Comments: | We welcome you again to the 10th Annual Okie Dust Devil. Order of events will be as last year. The Box will be active all week, but most seem to want to practice Wednesday and Thursday. Briefing will be at 8:00 AM Friday morning, so be sure to be registered prior to that. Competition will start no later than 8:30 AM. We will have complimentary coffee and doughnuts each morning. A lunch vendor (supporting our local FFA chapter) will have lunch available for you each day. The airport will be hosting dinner each night, Thursday, Friday, and then the Banquet and Awards dinner Saturday afternoon. Please book your motels as early as possible. The Mark Best Western Motel is our sponsoring host 800-598-3089. Holiday Inn Express 877-774-4480. Comfort Inn 580-772-9100. Rental cars will be available on a limited basis. Please contact the Airport Office two weeks prior to the event to make vehicle accommodations. Be prepared to car pool or use the shuttle as much as possible. Although we will be in the middle of a large ramp and hangar expansion project, complimentary hangar space should be adequate for contest aircraft.
