| Comments: | This is the first contest of the year in the Southwest Region, and will make a good first contest since it is a low key/low stress Mini. This year FLEXIBILITY is the name of the game. We will be allowing contestants to show up on the morning of the contest (Contestant must be on the ground at REI before 8am and must register online). This will keep cost as low as possible for first time competitors (no need for a hotel). There will be a practice day on Friday and if you choose to sign up on location, then you must do so on Friday. We want to get as many new competitors out and in front of the judges, having fun, and making new friends. There will be a catered buffet at the end and an Awards Banquet. |
